Established in October 1998, David Taylor Construction, Inc. (DTC) is a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) contracting company. We specialize in Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction, holding the North American Industry Classified System Code (NAICS 237310). David Taylor, the president and visionary of DTC, has played a pivotal role in our continuous growth and achievements. With over 25 years of experience, our company operates from two locations. Our main office is situated at 233 US Highway Bus 319 North, and the asphalt plant is located at 602 2nd ST NE in Moultrie, Georgia. DTC proudly stands as the sole asphalt distributor in Moultrie.

David Taylor, President and CFO of David Taylor Construction Inc, holds a BS degree in Agricultural Business from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University. With over 25 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, he started as a teacher of Construction Technology and later transitioned into entrepreneurship. Growing up in South Georgia, David was immersed in the construction world, learning from mentors and his father, who also worked in the industry. Today, his business has expanded from humble beginnings of odd jobs for small businesses, propelled by his proactive approach and the acquisition of three dump trucks and a backhoe.
Over the years, we’ve built trust and mutual respect by working alongside renowned contractors such as C.W. Matthews, Skanska USA Civil Southeast, Inc., Preferred Materials (formerly APAC Southeast), JCI Contractors, and others in Florida. These collaborations have provided valuable opportunities to enhance our industry knowledge.
